constantly has pop up at bottom of screen saying 'error' which makes it hard to read subscribed to magazines. doesn't alert you to auto subscriptions so you are charged without warning. can't purchase back copies as comes up with error message. pointless app - please fix it so it can actually be used and we can access content paid for and purchase more!

UPDATE - they replied fast, within half an hour, with a slightly confusing email, but the problem appears to be fixed (despite their auto reply to this comment). --- Recently when I try to log in to zinio (app or Web, ios, Android, or Windows) I get the same error on all my devices - "Maximum number of devices reached You can use your account on a maximum of 5 devices. (...)." I'm getting this error on ALL devices. I have sent them an email and I will update this review if/when they fix it.

Every time I try to load a particular magazine to purchase on app, it says "unexpected error" but I can go to your website on a laptop and load it no problem, FIX FOR A BETTER REVIEW!
