The subscription-even though I went through the Play store- didn't show up and when I went to go to their website , it couldn't be found. This is shady at its best. It didn't give me a color analysis but the app is difficult to use and you have a limited amount of everything due to their 'points' system. I might change this if the customer service team fixes the subscription issue.

A BAD bad experience, had agreed to the 2 week trial for 11.70€ and checked my account and 2 extra charges of 29.99€ and 28.99€ were also deducted. I just feel scammed and wrote 3 times already to the "customer support" and haven't gotten a response yet. I need to have my subscription cancelled and my money refunded. Feel they are not transparent and there are hidden charges that you don't know about when you subscribe.

Watch out! Hidden 29.99€ bundle charge on top of the trial! ​Beware! Signed up for a 3-day trial for 1.19€, but was immediately hit with an unexpected, hidden 29.99€ charge for a "Styling Pack" bundle I never knowingly agreed to. The checkout is misleading and traps you with extra fees right away. Double-check everything or stay away!
