UI does not allow me to sign up for an account! I want to earn/use Lush Club Benefits and be able to wishlist my favorite products in the app, but it's entirely impossible to sign up both in the app and on desktop, it only displays options to login. I want to use the app and shop here! But it is LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO SIGN UP FOR AN ACCOUNT.

I have shopped in store twice. spent a total of 400.00 in total. my lush app has never ever pulled up while store. the lady says call customer service they will give you your points. absolutely wrong! she proceeded to tell me they cannot retro activate my points from 3 days ago. also she lied and my app was downloaded the day after my last purchase which is a lie I have the email to prove I downloaded it April 11th and I was there may 2nd. there point system is scam.

Has a mind of its own. constantly changes the region, shows rewards you CANNOT actually use. does not let you "opt-in" to the Lush Club that I thought I had already joined 🙄 Shows a $5 reward at checkout that I cannot use. wasted over an hour of my life trying to place an order. probably better optimized for iOS. the website isn't any better. customer service was okay but Tammy really didn't do anything to assuage the situation during this extremely frustrating order process. I gave up!
