worst app shopping experience, errors when I try to use rewards or gift cards. errors when I try to place orders. Promotional messaging online states free shipping, but is not reflected in cart. Customer service says that it has expired and shouldn't be there but why is it still showing?? Now i have 3 pending charges but no pending orders because I keep getting an error message. Why is it so hard to just use the app to shop??

Pretty awful app. Lacks basic functionality that you'd expect from something in 2000, much less 2026. Can't filter to show items in stock. Can't filter to show sale items. Cart can randomly get emptied for no reason. Going through menus to look at a specific category of item will produce duplicate listings as you scroll through them. Lush Rewards have to technically be joined twice for points to accrue without any communication on that in the app. Front page is always out of date.

This app is always terrible. So slow to load. will have a promo on landing page that will disappear with no way to get it back. This week there was one that said " free Halloween treat purchase now through October 31st."No promo code, but on 10/24 this disappeared. No way to save your cart. Images don't load. Consistently the most glitchy app that I have to restart multiple times just to add things to cart or look at even the picture of a product.
