Ratings and reviews

Seems every time Walmart updates their inventory system or has a network glitch on their end, it affects the entire ordering system and I can't edit or add to a pending grocery order. Yet, if I contact customer service, they say nothing's wrong, but they'll open a case and get back to me in 2 to 5 business days. For an order that's going to be picked up within 2 business days, how does that help? The platform in Canada is based on the one in the US but they don't talk to each other. Awful.

horrible for online ordering. ive never met an app that has so many technical issues when it comes to online ordering. ive used this app for over a year now and the amount of times it won't let me add things to my cart, check out, check in etc without a technical error and me either having to try a bunch of times or ive just ended up having to give up and no order my groceries. I hope they take the time to really work out the bugs for online grocery ordering.

Constant app issues that never get resolved, randomly you luck out and it works. For years I've been shopping with this by attempting to place orders multiple times back and forth. For example, it shows items either in stock or out of stock that aren't. Randomly re-attempting to checkout fixes the issues temporarily just so u can successfully finish checkout, and yes they arrive perfectly fine.
