Decent place to buy refurbished gear, but hard to find what you need. Awful search filters. When I try to find a laptop I cannot search for screen size, resolution, if it's touchscreen, has a backlit keyboard or specific type of processor or even operating system. fix your awful search options to make it worth shopping using the mobile app without getting a headache. And what's worse is that the descriptions when you click on an item are super vague sometimes as well. making you search.

Every two or three button presses that I do in this app causes the security ping that makes the catalog disappear. I'm almost 100% certain it's supposed to be some sort of anti-bot anti-ai purchaser algorithm but at this point it's malware. I get kicked from the catalog just for filtering my search results. Fix this and it's four stars. Add better filters and it's an easy five.

not impressed with delays of shipping. delays of responses from agents in relation to the shipping. bought insurance on a phone that broke, value of the phone was issued to back market credit only which is just ridiculous considering the cost of an old phone had gone up from previous price so it wasn't as simple as a replacement. had to get a lesser phone of more value still and shipping on this is very slow.
