If you aren't a member of the service, choose to add the service during checkout while buying an item, as soon as you go to the bottom of the page to complete checkout, the app crashes. Every time. Buy just the annual service and then buy the item separately, no problem.

Stop in app advertising, I do not want to hear your adverts, i do not want to hear what is new, I do not care for your speciall offer,I do not care that you charge sellers for premium search positioning, but it brings me almost physical pain that you throw advert videos in my face. I use it just to buy things, I can swich to ebay or amazon if app will be painfull. Maybe just provide Lite version - that would have decent clear interface and nothing more- In contrast to current version.

I am very disappointed because I have been trying to contact support for a week now. everytime Im trying to open a chat, it says all consultants are busy via chat. I've sent an email numerous times, no response for a week. I've even tried to open a chat exactly at 8 am which is when it says support is available via chat, and at 8:01, it says all agents are busy. this is ridiculous. I need live support!!!!!
