Atleast once every afternoon the app stops working and I cannot get my chats voicemails or make calls..can't use the desktop version because I get made a minute of talking with my client before the call goes silent. It is incredibly frustrating that there are issues so frequently. Makes working remote way more challenging than it needs to be

Calls get missed all the time, or just plain don't ring through and you just get a notice later that you missed a call. The app needs to restart about every 4 days. Overall not a bullet proof solution!

frequently disconnects calls and requires repeat logins. but on the whole, convenient to use and to be able to access the internal directory from my phone is helpful
