Poorly developed I trust Cisco with networks, not with software or apps. They just did an absolutely atrocious job polishing Webex Teams, both on pc and on Android. Whenever someone starts a call, a permanent notification pops up that stops my music or videos from playing. I can't get rid of the notification without killing the app. If someone calls me and I answer on my computer, the call keeps ringing on my phone and I'm forced to kill the app too. Some features are missing on the app too.

**Edit** Not sure when, but at some point the app stopped pinging my phone when I'd get messages. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, checked all notification settings on my phone, nothing. Great messaging app that doesn't let you know you have a message. Update broke the app! Ever since the most recent update I have to reset and log into the app literally EVERY time I want to use it. If I hit the home button and go back to it, I get a black screen. Please fix!!

For something that is supposed to be a business app, this is glitchy and unprofessional to use. Even something as simple as call forwarding or DND can't actually be done with one swipe and the timer for DND to end very unreliably works, making you go into an entirely different website to get phones working again. The app version occasionally shows up on my phone with one ring but usually it takes at least 3 or 4. Voicemail doesn't work on the app. One star for easy transferring features.
