Really grateful for this totally free app! Already sharing with family and my partner to improve relationships and help raise our daughter. I completed the course in a few days, reading the transcripts more often than watching the videos, but found a lot of similar content to Raising Securely Attached Kids and other courses I've done. Great content, very informative and easy to understand.

This app is a game changer, and I learn so much about my child and I's relationship. As parents we read so much about parenting online and from other parents. We end up with this jumbled mess of so much information. This app is so good at organizing and simplifying how to navigate different parenting interactions we as parents encounter every day with our kids. It explains things in a way that are so easy to understand, and explains really well how to easily implicate those practices at home.

I was totally skeptical. I only downloaded this because my six year old said, "ooo what's that star one" when I was in the app store. I opened it and was surprised to see a list of videos and lessons. I checked it out later, it was free! I assumed there would be some hidden agenda. There wasn't. Just great practical step by step guidance on interpersonal communication with your kids and close loved ones during those awkward moments when you really don't know what to say.
