I am feeling pretty blessed that I live in a time and place where this valuable information is available and free in a simple format that is almost too easy to digest. My only suggestion while using this app is to not dig up the past while doing the emotional labeling exercise, but instead save the exercise for when you need to do so "in real time". :} These are the kinds of lessons we need but have been neglected, and I am excited to see the number of people using this app grow. Gives me hope!

Short videos and work modules to help build better relationships with children and spouse. The advise is practical but I wouldn't call it common sense. I like that I can learn something in a short break. I like that there are exercises that go with the videos to help me apply the things I learned. So far there are no ads and only invitations to share progress.

Small bites to eat the whole apple! This app has some great advice that has in some instances been incredibly eye opening. It's free and by free they mean free. I've been using it for about 4 months now, and have not ran into any requests or requirements for in app purchases to use certain features. If you are trying to improve and build strong relationships with your loved ones and even with yourself, this is a great place to start.
