It's taken ages to get it working, it just wouldn't connect. I've contacted them numerous times but no one ever got back to me. I've finally got it working, but it's showing a white screen! Really fed up with it! Finally found out that I needed to remove the flicker rate that was automatically set, then the white screen disappeared and I got a picture..... The problem now is that it doesn't give me a video of events, only a snapshot! No notifications either! Useless!! Don't waste your money!

It's good but the playback doesn't work. it's always loading and I can't watch any replays from previous days. it also records every, single, movement and it's kind of annoying tbh. I hope they fix the playback and recording system of the device. I also hope that it doesn't log out a lot. It logs my phone out every 2 days and it's frustrating. I hope they fix this.

Annoying, annoying app. Almost feels like I got the camera for the ads. Very poor user experience. The damn thing is almost always offline. And on those odd days when it manages to be online the battery doesn't charge even when on power. And then before you know it, "device offline". Again. Then you have to go to the camera to manually reset/restart it. If not that, it's the thing taking so long to load that by the time you finally manage to connect, your reason for connecting is long gone.
