Ratings and reviews

The camera seems good so far but the app not so. I can activate AI Humanoid detection, but not general motion detection. I contacted support many times and the response is very slow, then they have a pretty useless understanding of english I would guess. Its been all frustration and no help, I still cannot get general "motion detection" of cars entering our property. Its also difficult to delete video files of people, animals and false alarms which is all it does record. Support is useless!! :(

Works ok but sometimes the video stream freezes and the only way know is to monitor the clock read out. This is not very practical when using as a baby monitor! Would be much better if there was a cross or other symbol across the screen to show that it's frozen.

I bought 2 cameras because I'M AT RISK it worked well to start BUT even though I paid for a cloud as well as AI now there is NO PLAYBACK... NO RECORDED FILES FOUND... ABNORMAL NETWORK CONNECTION TRY AGAIN LATER 😡 Is this because of the latest update, if so WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO FIX THE PROBLEM???
