DO NOT BUY THESE CAMERAS Camera doesn't like to connect to anything else other than their own app, "connection reset" or "feed unexpectedly ended" on other apps. which ends up forcing you to buy the cloud, as the TF card "won't be seen" but it will update firmware from it. check out the edit history. it's all the same even with the new firmware.

If you are experiencing issues with this app there is an alternate app that can be used instead, V380. They are pretty much interchangeable & I've been using that one for years now without problems. Just saying.

The camera seems good so far but the app not so. I can activate AI Humanoid detection, but not general motion detection. I contacted support many times and the response is very slow, then they have a pretty useless understanding of english I would guess. Its been all frustration and no help, I still cannot get general "motion detection" of cars entering our property. Its also difficult to delete video files of people, animals and false alarms which is all it does record. Support is useless!! :(
