Have a parking spot? Rent it out on the ParqEx app when you’re not using it, by the hour, day, week, or month – it’s up to you. Our customer service team takes care of the rest. Money is deposited into your account at the end of every week. Not only will you be making supplemental income, but you’ll also be helping solve your neighborhood parking crunch.

Ratings and reviews

Stopped working and customer service has been colossally unhelpful. Unable to use car for several days because it is trapped in the lot behind a non functional gate. edit: DO NOT USE THIS APP!!! the response from the app to this review says it was fixed but my car still gets stuck either in the lot or locked out of the lock several times a week. they have offered no compensation or made any effort to make this right. I am frequently without my car when I need it. zero stars

Property Access+ portion of the app is a buggy mess. Expect to be frustrated and have issues at the gates of the parking garage on a regular basis. App bugs caused me to unintentionally "use the gate arm improperly" several times. Customer service issued me a "final warning" and then was extremely unhelpful and failed to acknowledge bugs in the app being the cause of that issue. I'd reconsider using ParqEx to buy a monthly parking permit if Property Access + is involved.

This phone app is so laggy, after initially opening the app. I have to wait an additional 30 seconds to see the initial screen loaded. It literally takes me minutes to accept my parking spot then uses Access+ to enter the physical garage. It takes minutes even without including the driving.
