I used this app on quite a few times and always found great deals that are much cheaper than the regular parking rates. Never had a problem using the parking pass at the garages. On a recent occasion I had a problem with the parking lot being closed on arrival. SpotHero support was very helpful. They refunded my purchase and credited me the difference for the higher rate that I paid at the airport.

This app saved us alot of money, the first time we stayed in Seattle we paid 32 dollars for a couple of hrs and from there we knew there had to be a better way to get cheaper parking so we wouldn't spend all our money on finding a place. Spot Hero saved the day, for real! clear instructions and lots of options to find a fair price parking spot that's convenient for you, and even if you needed more time there, you can extend it for a fair price as well. Found it cheaper than catching an uber/lyft

We have lived in the Chicago suburbs for 25 years and no longer visit downtown as often as we once did, but the primary headache when we do inevitably seems to be finding a parking spot that doesn't cost a full day's wages.
