Dashboard page is blank. My husband's pulls up fine on his phone. Been this way for as long as I can remember and I'm getting so tired of it. We both have the exact same phone and on the same account. Why is my dashboard page blank. The services and settings page shows up just fine. And now the account page on the my Verizon app won't pull up, claims it's having trouble connecting. Between this and the constant price increases this year I'm just about over Verizon after over 10 years.

So I signed up for call filter which worked great. It filtered both calls and texts and was very easy to manage and understand. Now I'm forced to use an app that is not user friendly and does a bunch of stuff I don't want or need it to do. Just bring back the standalone call filter app.

Nothing but trouble. It keeps telling me opps something went wrong try again later. It's telling me it can scan my wifi because I'm not connected to it when I clearly am. I've tried everything to fix it to no avail. If I could completely delete it from my phone I would. Customer service is no help through the customer service app
