I've a major issue with the app. Clicking settings, at the bottom right, the last option is Local Connection. Clicking this begins the scan for QR code of your invertor, under the top right plastic cover. Once the serial number is obtained via this code (or entering it manually) the connect button appears. The app fails to connect to the machine hotspot preventing the setup of your connection method. 3 different phones, same result. Only able to connect initially via ethernet, then it all works.

Exceptionally good. Overwhelming amount of well presented information. As long as you are able to navigate to what you want to know take the time to grasp the rest, I can't imagine what more I might need. Minor glitch in the latest update causing the diagram stats to show a a, series of dashes. No numerical information. I have to close and reload the app. Minor irritation.

I've had to change router and this app will not connect to hotspot, and "connect cloud failed" message appears leaving me with no means of monitoring battery. When it was working it was an unreliable App which drops out for no reason leaving me wondering how to fix it every time. Lost wifi connection on a regular basis and no help from Sigen as to how to change wifi signal. Ask for help and they'll send you yet another link to the user manual. Why would you hide the QR codes too?
