I really love this and have it in my PC but when I try to log into the app it never lets me. a bar pops up then disappears after a few seconds. it's really frustrating and I want access to the full coverage that I have paid for.

I bought this with the understanding that I received premium. I did not realize I had to copy and paste any scam that came in. I have used the block calls. but the scams because of AI or proliferating on my phone. I understood that this app would catch them. I guess I miss construed the message. I seriously regret signing on to the scam alert module. I do not recommend this app where you will be disappointed. trend micro you have been so integrity in the past. this makes me sad

Apparently it says it blocks the blacklisted sites with explicit content on notifications. Yet recently I still continue to see such unmentionable content even with the app active on Private Browser! Need to seriously step up your game, Trend Micro. EDIT: Recently got a new phone so tried transferring my contents from my old phone to it. Lost my blocklist. NOT HAPPY and thinking of trying a new system. 😑
