Just installed. You think it would walk you through what needs to be in place before it lets you do anything. Got stuck in a loop of it said I had invalid payment when I finally found the lot.... it doesn't have an option to use location. Then didn't let me use my Google wallet even though it said it would. It let me go through PayPal set up but wouldn't save. Took my cc and my car tag, found the lot again and then invalid payment again. Had to exit and go back in and find the lot again.

no cancellations or edits. I added a card to my account and set it as default, but the app billed to the first card anyway. I noticed right away but couldn't change it. Then I selected a different license plate, but the first license plate was selected for my session so I had to start a new session with the correct plate and had two concurrent sessions. unnecessary headaches and I didn't forget to make the right selection, the app picked after I did.

What a scam! Don't make a mistake or you'll pay for it! Could not be less user friendly. Arrived at our destination, accidentally registered the incorrect vehicle, my mom's that was saved in the app, and the vehicle we were using, at the same time - with NO way to cancel!!! It took over 30 minutes between the app chat function and calling on the phone to finally resolve - they have to mail me a refund check... totally deflated me and distracted from enjoying my vacation. LAME.
