Unusable. I am sitting in the airport trying to get info on my flight, and the app just keeps spinning and spinning. Easier to find info through an open source flight tracker website. Prior to this I have had issues with the app constantly logging me out, and asking if I want to accept cookies every time I open it.

It is a good app to book tickets as a youth but there is always something wrong with the internet connection. Sometimes after I fill all the items and click "Book Now" button, a page saying "connect to explore, check your internet connection and try again" appears. I have checked the connection and I am sure that there is nothing wrong with my connection. I even tried to used VPN but still the problem is not solved. Please help me (maybe not only me) with this problem and many thanks in advance.

Suddenly, instead of the boarding pass there's a YOU NEED TO UPDATE TO USE THE APP. The most horrible UX ever. Seriously, what's wrong with you, devs? This is a single feature that absolutely must always work, be it bottom of the ocean, open space, thunderstorm on Jupiter, no connectivity or 1% power left. All other features are not pressing and might not work under circumstances, but the boarding pass must always be there for you once obtained.
