Ratings and reviews

Good when it works. I mainly use for VPN with an always on mentally. Recent updates which were supposed to improve stabilty appear to have made it more unreliable. This morning I have had to stop/start the VPN 2-3 times to reestablish the VPN connection while on stable WiFi and actively using apps in the foreground. Part of the problem is there is no indication of when a connection is established and if the kill switch is active

I have a VPN-only subscription, it was pretty good but has become unreliable. Despite updates, it silently loses the VPN connection very frequently, blocking ALL internet traffic so I miss calls and notifications from other apps. There is no F-secure error or warning, just connection timeouts and DNS failures in other apps. Disabling VPN or swapping server location only fixes it temporarily. Trusted WiFi is now missing, so I have to manually turn VPN off to access local devices. Really annoying.

Hello, your work is excellent—thank you. I just wanted to report a few issues. It seems the VPN has trouble with Instagram; when I open the app, it doesn't load and essentially stops working for a while, though it goes back to normal once I close Instagram. Sometimes, even though the VPN is connected, it doesn't actually work, and I have to disconnect and reconnect it. I would appreciate it if you could fix these issues.
