Shockingly bad experience in the app. Got an email to confirm all my details in the app to 'save time at the airport'. I was able to log in but it doesn't fetch my booking. I try to import my booking using the booking number that doesn't work either. Errors on all pages of app when switching pages. Looks like it was programmed by the intern. Not a good look for Europcar.......

Extremely buggy app that seems to be designed by Kafka's less competent cousin - have to sign up to do anything useful. Can't sign up successfully in app (prefills my details from the booking and says they are invalid (without allowing you to change them)). Signed up from website mobile page, which is as bad if not worse, only to find that I can't log in (incorrect password), can't retrieve password (account doesn't exist), can't sign up (account already exists)

Beyond useless, got an email telling me to download the app to checkin and save time. Only for it to error and not scan my drivers licence. Complete waste of time and now I've got an account with europcar that i never wanted. Sort it out.
