Garbage company outside of Germany. US based branches are among the worst in terms of customer service in comparison to other rental companies. Unfortunately they have low rates which is hard to ignore. But anytime rates are comparable I always select a different company.

This app told me the pickup location at the wrong, place i wasted 30 minutes of my life and paid for an uber ride to the other place
Sixt strikes me as a technology company at heart, seeking to disrupt the rental car industry.
So annoying every update i have to hunt for my password info to log in and make it remember again. i need to reset it again. and ur help number on the app is a premium number
Works to keep track of reservations but car selection has never worked, always times out
