Canon PRINT is a companion app for your Canon printer.
With this app you can set up your printer, and start printing and scanning. It also provides various handy functions such as checking consumable levels, and printing via the cloud.

We recommend using Canon PRINT with your Canon printer.

It was easier using my extremely old printer.... This app changes what you have to do every time. I don't know why I can't just print from my phone like I used to. Now I have to go into the app to find the picture or document (which is not easy) to MAYBE be able to print. Also, now it's printing 8x10 documents as 2"x3". I totally regret buying this printer and I think the app is awful.

This really is a smooth app. I had my doubts because printers and phone/desktop applications have been so cludgy for so long that my bar was really low. This app actually worked all the time. I'm sure they will update it so it works as horribly as I've come to expect from printer apps. Updated July 6, 2024: just got an updated terms of service that I have to are to or I can no longer use the software. I've been using this software for years &now I can't use it without agreeing. Why?

So far only works consistently while plugged into my PC. Bought because it had WiFi printing but the app doesn't seem to pick it up. PC works wireless but not as well as connected. Shame as I got the printer to work with my phone after it was recommended to me. Will change my review if I ever find out why it won't connect
