Unable to change sizing of thing you want to print, unlike normal printer settings. Not even a percentage scale. Changing the paper size doesn't work. Also not able to print more than one thing on a page,which is such a huge waste,of time and paper. Takes longer to log in to app than it does to print the one thing I need. Why the hell would I need to log out? Of my own printer?? Online chat is bot only which is useless.

The most unreliable printing and scanning. No functionality at all. If anything could go wrong, it definitely would. And some processes do not make sense. Only way that you can use it trouble free is if you connect it directly with the cabe to your PC. But good luck if you are a Mac user because the Mac HP Smart app crashes constantly. Qq

Junk. The whole reason I bought this printer was for the wireless ability so that me and my wife could both print important documents for our business, without having to go through a huge procedure when needed immediately. This app and printer for that matter, has been extremely unreliable. We can never just print anything, it always has a problem connecting for some reason, and it takes a whole lot of resetting and restarting, and re-adding the printer from a laptop. Just doesn't work.
