Even though it's a great alternative to other platforms, the App needs serious optimization and some extra resources like split screen reproduction, a better search system. Also, on the main screen where it appears suggested streams, is missing the ones that you follow, even if they are online. You have to go to the "Following" tab for that. It should be more intuitive. It's a good platform, but as far as an app goes, it has a long way to go.

sometimes, when i minimize the app, get that small screen and go use other apps, after a few seconds the image of the stream freezes, and when i try to get back to the full screen app, the stream just go completely black (but the audio continues). also, sometimes i close a channel but the audio continues and if a open that same channel again, the audio duplicates. i use a Samsung S22+.

App constantly crashes and lags. It's gotten so bad since the last few updates. The tv app is even worse. I use Kick daily and my favorite streamers are here so hopefully they fix these annoying issues. UPDATE- The basic, automatic bot response did nothing to reassure this is being addressed. I'm so glad you reminded me to use the latest version. Never would have considered that. Meanwhile the crashing continues.
