First of all, I get it that your company may be from Asia, which means the internet service is great everywhere, but it's not like that where I'm from. The point of having AND PAYING for a streaming platform is to be able to watch it everywhere, so why don't you please consider enabling the download option for offline watching at least for the Viki Pass Plus users? Plus, the search tool doesn't work, keeps loading, but never shows any results, even for shows I already know are available there.

the latest update for the app removed the casting button from the home screen. I can only choose to cast once I've started playing the media, which is frustrating. I hope there's a fix for it soon! ***edit*** constant drop from casting (when I do get it up) is infuriating actually. more than 3x in an episode. but overall, I love the access to the huge amount of content. I have the plus pass subscription and there's so much to choose from, and no ads.

So many ads, it's so annoying, I can't watch one minute without showing up an ad on my screen...but that's not even why I'm writing this, I haven't been able to use the app for over a week now, everytime I try to watch smt it start to load and then "sorry, something went wrong" shows um on the screen, I've been trying to uninstall and install again the app, I've logged out and logged in again, nothing works. I'm sick, junta wanted to watch my dramas yk
