Horrible! If I wasn't forced to use this app, I would never even download it. On top of it having access to all my personal information on my device, it also has an unfriendly interface. one also can't do voice conferencing calls. Also, the subscription you pay for it only works on cellular network but if you want you use it on wifi, you have to pay another membership (total rip off). Oh, and to top all this off, calls are not clear (cuts off) if you move around! The list still goes on!!

I recently used this app for an international money transfer, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. Initially, the transaction showed as "Completed," but after about an hour, the status changed to "Failed." The app now shows that the amount has been refunded to my account, but I have not received the money yet. This delay is deeply concerning, especially because my family urgently needs the funds. my money is stuck, and I’m left helpless during a critical time. what I do

worse costumer support ever, when I have a issue with my money transfer I contact the botim care in the app and it's only a bot u have to pass through some FAQ to reach reply system still you can't connect to the agent. if you didn't type within some time limit the chat will start from the beginning so I ended up explaining my issue twice. still my issue not solved the bot suggested me to contact customer service. when it says this word.i don't know how to describe.
