Ratings and reviews

New update hides relevant information that used to be immediately visible on the dashboard and instead makes you go a few menus deep. It's even worse if you're trying to look weeks ahead because the app only displays a week at a time. Previously, you saw your next several shifts regardless of whether it was in the same week, but now you have to go looking. If my workplace didn't force me to use this app, I wouldn't. It used to be good, but the decline has started.

Overall, the app is pretty easy to navigate. I believe it would be nice to have a tab where you can see past and current pay stubs, because right now, I can't seem to find such things. A tab like this should be there by default, take ADP and Dayforce, both have tabs that show your pay stubs. On another note, please bring Dark Mode to the app, it's 2025 and y'all don't have it by default (like pretty much all apps I have on my phone have a dark mode!)

I can't filter my requests by status. It's very inconvenient to scroll through it all. I can't figure out how to change my online status. The app doesn't send notifications when a schedule was given to me. That's a major issue. There is no way of removing the request for a given date.
