Smartsheet is an amazing product and a solid platform. The app is good, but I'm very surprised that the app developer didn't even realize that you can't set reminders using the app. I use Smartsheet reminders frequently and unfortunately I have to go to a computer to set reminders. That's a let down because to me the idea would be that I could do what I need using the app.

works great when it works. There are times, and it seems to be getting more frequent, when I am trying to login and it takes some time and then it spits out an "authentication error" and I can't login to input time sensitive info for my company... 5 stars if there is a fix for this issue. The issue also includes the website and Logging in there. Server issues most likely.

I can't tell you how much SmartSheet has changed my life when it comes to running a non-profit animal rescue. I'm able to manage volunteers, keep up on appointments for the dogs in our care, automatically import our Google form submissions for potential familes and I could go on and on. The app has improved tremendously since it first launched. It is much easier to navigate complex sheets and having access to everything on the go has been a lifesaver!
