Ratings and reviews

I use AIMP on both my PC and my Android. It's quite easy to make playlists and the sound quality is crisp and clear. The equalizer works great even though the controls are a little touchy to get them right where you want them. I use my PC version to organize my music library, where I add the album/track volume normalization information to the music tags, so when I transfer them to my phone they always play at the perfect volume. I have yet to find another player that's both free and ad-free with this functionality and features. I highly recommend it!

This is the best music app I have ever used on an Android phone. Seriously, if you have music on your computer, just put them into the "Music" folder on your phone, go into AIMP, find the music in the app, import them, and away you go. It's quite easy and I am amazed at how simplified and useful it is. I couldn't find any music apps that I could use to play my computer music on with my iPad and iPhone, so I'd use Documents by Readle. But, switching to an Android, I always use this app.

Great app! I have used many similar apps throughout the years and this one is by far the best. Work perfect with Android Auto with the exception that it switch to the phone internal speaker and music continue playing when Android Auto is turned off. Maybe there is a setting to disable this from happening but I haven't found it yet. Thanks.
