I am very disappointed I ordered 3 times to be shipped to Canada. I paid duty and tax and I didn't know. The second order, I received the wrong order I had to returned with my own experience. I lost lots of money with paying duty and tax and the return money. the sad part for my all order, I didn't applied the %15 for canada shipping. I like the stuff, I would love to buy from ASOS, but too expensive with tax to Canads.

After I bought something "in stock" a week later told it isnt available and isnt coming with my order.My experience has been awful. I understand its covid-19, but I'd still expect them to be able to keep clear communication. Extremely late delivery, no updates for shipping, no notification of delivery, or even where my package was left. It just indicates a card was sent with delivery place. I only ever get updates when I email and complain to customer service days later they respond. Never again

Difficulties with my last 2 oders. Customer service has been absolutely unhelpful as they do not read my emails properly and constantly ask me to resend information I have already given. I have had past orders that have arrived without a problem, but if you are unlucky enough to have something go wrong, good luck at actually getting the problem resolved.
