TO CREATE, DEACTIVATE OR LOG IN TO AN ACCOUNT
Log in with your existing account or create a new account to book ferry travel and access personalized features on the app. You do not need an account to view schedules and current conditions. If you do not have an account, follow these simple steps to get started:
1. Create an account on bcferries.com.
2. An account activation link will be sent to your email. Open the link within the email and log in on bcferries.com to complete activation.
3. Close the window on your mobile browser.
4. Open the app and enter your new login details.
To deactivate your BC Ferries account, email [e-mail] and request to deactivate your account.

Get quick access to schedules, current conditions and a faster booking experience on your frequently travelled routes by setting up travel preferences. Give your travel preferences nicknames, set departure and arrival terminals and add passenger and vehicle details on bookable routes.

SCHEDULES
Plan your trip with confidence with enhanced features on daily and seasonal schedules for all BC Ferries routes. Easily check sailing times for your favourite routes with travel preferences, and book directly from the schedules pages for bookable routes. Daily schedules now show the next sailing being ticketed and estimated deck space available.

CURRENT CONDITIONS
Route sailing status and estimated deck space are now easier to check with the updated Current Conditions layout. Travel preferences make it easier to find your frequently traveled routes, check which sailing is being ticketed, and view status of upcoming sailings.

ALERTS
Never miss any updates on the routes that matter the most to you. Opt-in to receive timely push notifications for service notices and upcoming booking reminders on your device.

Ratings and reviews

So frustrating! This app has so many glitches. dialogue boxes opening blank that then freeze the app. Text skewed so you can't read it. Random crashes at the worst times. This app has absolutely screwed me 4 times today after constantly refreshing to book a last minute (necessary and unexpected) ferry. Would finally find an opening, get to the end of booking and it would freeze them crash.

I left 1* in the hopes that someone from the app looks @my feedback. The font sizes inside the app on my saved routes is larger than the box surrounding it. This cuts off text at the top & bleeds over the bottom & into the next route, making things hard 2read. luckily I am only saving 1or2 routes. So I will be able 2figure out which is which (I hope). I can screenshot what I am talking about if you want 2supply an email I can send them 2. Other than that the app is great.

I live on VI and frequently book travel one way and return another since we live between the two terminals. I can do that on the web (there is a "book another sailing" option before payment) but can't on the app. So I have to use the web when I make that kind of booking (maybe 50% of the time), kind of annoying. If you can add that feature or if there's a setting to enable it, I would be delighted, and would be able to just use the app.
