Poor experience. Lots of usability issues. Using Google Pixel 3XL. When searching for flights, if you switch apps to check on something, it deletes your selections. Also, when putting in your destination (whether by airport code or full city name) you input field is broken. Further to that, once you enter the destination, the confirm button shoots from the middle of the screen to the bottom meaning you press a different destination and have to start again š¤. Really bad user experience.

Terrible app. Very difficult to use (on newest Samsung). Could not access boarding pass after numerous attempts. The screen would show step 4 for boarding pass for a split second then go "exit check in". Every time you try to go back, it kicks you out and you have to start all over. Also doesn't remember your infomation so you have to input it every time. Tried at least 50 times in a 24hour period. So much for avoiding the line up at the airport.

App looks great but... a couple of things not working and/or user friendly. Tried filling out the CBSA Declaration but just get a blank lower half screen popup - had to do via browser instead. Once you've checked in the Display Boarding Pass Option says available but hangs and you don't get it - I used SMS instead. If you go back to the booking it still prompts you to login and you have to go through the first couple of steps to get back to the boarding pass page. Not a great experience so far.
