Terrible app. Very difficult to use (on newest Samsung). Could not access boarding pass after numerous attempts. The screen would show step 4 for boarding pass for a split second then go "exit check in". Every time you try to go back, it kicks you out and you have to start all over. Also doesn't remember your infomation so you have to input it every time. Tried at least 50 times in a 24hour period. So much for avoiding the line up at the airport.

Frustrating to use! Did NOT work for our check-in. We tried to check in for our flight and the app got stuck on a page that tried to sell us upgrades for seats or class of service. I mean STUCK. NO ability to continue. We then tried the app on my wife's phone - same problem. The only way we were able to check in was on the Air Transat website. It took so long by then, the seats we wanted were gone. An awful, stressful experience.

Unable to load my boarding pass in the app (but my partner could load theirs), although I can have it texted and emailed. Since that's a primary reason for the app, feels kinda useless then if it can't even load a boarding pass.
