Ratings and reviews

Works reasonably well, quite reliable, but one option that seems to be missing is a choice between exercises during a workout. PSP programs my workouts, and often they give a choice between exercises (KPI being an example: choice between 6 rounds of shuttle runs, 6 rounds of spin bike, OR 6 rounds of rowing machine). This doesn't appear as a choice in the app as a user. Current workout is a CHOICE between types of pull-ups, but it appears as having to do all three in succession.

lots of potential. good app to receive psp workouts. improvements required. 1. the bottom row of buttons are not viewable. when you push them to see what they are, you could reset your workout. 2. demo videos with real people or a link to YouTube would be better than generic animation. we'll stop there and let it evolve.

Beta testing must have been skipped. When I set my workout up with "Load" the exercises should not autofill themselves in. So defeats the purpose of having a list with loads. Exercise should only better checked off by the individual set check mark or the exercise checkmark. When you end your workout, there is no way to get past the Ebd Session without hit back, as the End Session gives you a survey that results no submit button or end session button.
