app only works properly for me with Amazon when item has no additional choices to make such as size and colour. Have tried 3 different items and even though proper choices show before being added to cart, the default item shown is what winds up in my cart. Tried to make adjustments and wait before adding to cart and still doesnt add proper item. Have already ordered wrong item once and had to return it. Not sure why it doesnt accept any changes to specifications entered.

Edit- why can't I add new favorite stores? It just says error. And no updates fixing this. I don't know what you did to this app in the last few weeks, but it sucks wind. Where's the favorites list? I keep accidentally closing the site instead of going back. Like if I click on view size chart in a website, to back out of it I end up closing out of the store. This new set up sucks.

The app works or it doesn't. Rakuten in general is great, especially with the desktop add-on. The app only works correctly sometimes. I've reinstalled and cleared cache and it still only partly works. Sometimes I can't get into any profile/account info. Sometimes the biometrics don't work. Currently I can't see any history, it shows my last trip was 2023 (which is not true.)
