I played for about 3 months. It was cute and fun with lots to do. Eventually I unlocked cross server pvp and only got matched with people way stronger than me gear wise. It is depressing when you stand no chance, what's the point? Also there was not enough challenging pve content. Gear matters way more than skill, but I suppose this is to be expected from a casual mobile game. I wish I could choose a server for English speakers. Cross server does not work properly. Fun if u have no expectations.

Made a purchase for an event only to have the provided item not work in game. Opened 2 tickets in game and recieved no response after days of waiting. Event is long over. Even if they suddenly responded the item is useless to me. Can't recommend Edit: I have lowered the rating to one star. I am still dealing with customer service on this. Despite providing a screen shot with the error message and a detailed but simple explanation of the problem, the only response I get is Shorten your words

Within just an hour of gameplay, I quickly realize this game is p2w. Regardless of how much a f2p consistently plays and farms.. almost any paying player will have quite the edge. Tons of ways to spend hundreds, while offering VERY little for free players to keep up. Game play is very stale and before you even reach level 30, you hit an exp wall in which you have to waste multiple (limited) runs on dungeons/quests just to continue main quest. Translation=poor. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
