I find the app very awkward to navigate. You have to dig for information at times as the layout is very busy. Having your card fail if you have had purchasing issues is something I dislike very much. You have to call customer service and resolve it or add another card as your preferred method of payment. Other than that the entire cause and reason for this app is amazing. A great concept with fair prices for the food you receive. Personalizing your meals is a nice touch.

As a 3+ year hellofresh user buyers beware. For the last month or so, the app has been having an issue where it will forget every meal choice I made and keep the extended menu items. Each time I have brought this to Hellofresh's attention, they blame me for not editing the choices, but fail to mention that I had to edit some part of the meal to get to the extended menu. I keep getting meals I do not want and extra meals (and money charged) when I have said no to them.

The app itself regularly has massive technological failures. The AI chat is dumb to the point of parody. The program really isn't for me. I like it more as a sometimes thing, but I am canceling because they will charge you an amount that they will not tell you until your package is being shipped. In theory, your next box could cost more than a house.
