it is not easy to cancel, they lied about being a one time fee and then start charging your account every month. There is no US number to call for costumer service. It is clear they are relying on you not seeing the monthly fees and steal from you with false information on sign up. the App really doesn't offer $99.99 of help or info to be worth it in my opinion. Last, once the transaction is submitted, their contract states no refund at all.

DO.NOT.WASTE.YOUR.TIME/MONEY!!!!!!!! Unable to manipulate the suggested meals. Wanted to omit butter not used for a meal and your stuck with it. It allows for zero adjustment. They have options you of either comply or not. No in-between. Doesn't account for the time fasted either. It's the most basic code or yes or no. No videos. I blame myself. Save $ with a 90 day option and within less than 10 hours asked for a refund. They will not give you anything back. This app is a waste of your money.

the worst app and the worst customer service, they are ripping you off, you can't print the receipies, you can't print the shopping list and you can't print your daily meal. you only can work from your phone, they say you can go on the computer but the page is in the shape of the phone, size included. Immedialty when I signed up and tried use within 5 minutes I asked for my money back and they refused. "They have to pay there people" is what I got
