I paid for 3 months. The app and the information/service they provide are complete trash. There is no feature/section in your profile section that allows you to view or cancel your subscription. The cancel function is hidden and you have to dig through help links to find it. Their excuse for not refunding is it being digital product but the logs can show if you have or have not been logged in to even use the product. Absolutely horrible company and I can NOT recommend this to anyone.

After my initial 3 month subscription I was locked out of the app, thought that was that deleted the app, a month later I was charged renewal to my subscription, emailed to cancel, canceled my next billing, not the current billing. I was not notified before the renewal was charged, they refused to refund because I didn't have proof that I was locked out. I didn't lose any weight while following the plan either, the plan was fine but not that great overall.

it is not easy to cancel, they lied about being a one time fee and then start charging your account every month. There is no US number to call for costumer service. It is clear they are relying on you not seeing the monthly fees and steal from you with false information on sign up. the App really doesn't offer $99.99 of help or info to be worth it in my opinion. Last, once the transaction is submitted, their contract states no refund at all.
