After a lengthy multiple day hrs long phone call to use a flight credit I had w them, A hopper rep offered to book a hotel for me in the city my flight was arriving. They booked the hotel in a city in the wrong country entirely. When I confronted hopper asking for a refund or cancel or change they said there was nothing they can do. They stole 150 dollars from me by booking a completely a hotel in a completely wrong location after hours of discussing the proper location.

I have a Hopper account. When I'm trying to sign in, it sends a message with a link and the link opens in the app with a page with my name and email. And as I'm already a member, I am unable to sign in as my account exists. There is no sign in button just sign up, and this is a loop I can't crack!! That's the reason I uninstalled this app. Please fix this. The link that opens goes nowhere. There has to be a simpler way in and it's still not fixed after 2 months. Really!!???

I had such high hopes from this app, but their customer service is extremely slow and their information is not always right. As much as their algorithm might be cost saving their customer service makes up for the cost saving in slowness. When you book ticket best hope all the information is right and you're sure of the dates.. Otherwise you are toast my friend. Uninstalled it.
