Ratings and reviews

The "free" version is stripped of all the useful features, with full screen ads that hijack your phone for 30 sec and won't let you close the ad. I don't mind a little banner ad on top or a bottom of a screen but if developers think they could force me to subscribe by hijacking my phone with ads, they're wrong all they did is push me away. Not recommended and uninstalled!

system works good. I forgot it was on auto renew, and accidentally paid for another year which I didnt need. canceled right away. Im fine with not getting a refund but I also dont get the year of service that I paid for. that's probably in the fine print I know but still seems super scammy and to the AI response, give me a refund or let me use the service that I paid for, then I will give you a good review. I know that's hard for a soulless computer to understand

The app could be great but I am deducting 1 star for not allowing me to save my recordings anywhere except the protected and hidden location of this app. I want to be able to save to my cloud or to a local folder. The second star deduction is because I paid for premium and then after I get premium I find out there is premium plus which never advertised itself in the beginning. It's intentionally misleading, doesn't sit right with me. [EDIT: -1 star because motion detection barely works.]
