You guys have the worst service. My subscription was up so I resubscribed. After that, I was locked out of the app. I've logged out of my account, re-started my phone, uninstalled and installed the app multiple times - still, I can't watch anything. I also reached out to customer service but zero response. Funny you guys take people's money and can't even deliver the service properly. Will report this app to Paypal.

The app sucks. Doesn't have the "continue watching" list or options. It doesn't save what you were watching or were you stopped watching. It kept on crashing. Sometimes when you go back to the app the show wouldn't start or the screen freezes. That's just on the mobile app. I have this on my fire tv.Everytime you open it, it would show an error message. Have to sign in every now and then. Hassle hassle hassle. I got a subscription because most of the shows I watched are here now instead of Viki

I originally left a bad review. Recently, I decided to give it a try again after not using it for a while. So far, it has been going well. It's not perfect, but on 2 outta 3 devices, it works well now. As opposed to not working at all for the longest time, even after i had deleted and reinstalled it, it kept crashing. It seems to be slowly resolving itself, so i've changed my note.
