Ratings and reviews

I’ve used this app for 6 years. It’s generally good, but during all that time most calls go straight to voicemail without ringing, and I miss important calls. I’ve reported the issue multiple times with no results — it feels like they stop caring once you sign up. I’d gladly give 5 stars if they fix this problem.

Overall very good. Sometimes not so good though, but that probably depends on the route (network) to the other end, with all those server/switches in-between... Upping to 5star - can't remember the last time a call wasn't glitch free. I guess with high speed networking everywhere, can't differentiate between VoIP, landline, cellular... All's good 👍

Don't update!! This used to be a good system but after the recent Spring 2019 updates, the service has been terrible. As others have said, the calls frequently disconnect or mute,that is if you can even get the call to work. It's like it freezes up: dial pad will not respond to tap a number in or pick up incoming call or even hang a call up if you got that lucky. If a call works it will mute the speaker on and off, echo, disconnect. This used to be a good app, but will not recommend unless fixed
