Ratings and reviews

There is a glitch in the cropping system, so the app won't recognize that you've cropped your images to the appropriate Instagram dimensions, therefore your posts are ineligible for auto posting. I have wasted so much time recropping over and over and over again and it's still not recognizing that it's cropped properly. I'm trying to run a business and I'm wasting so much time. Will definitely be looking into another app to run my business.All customer service says is to wait for them to fix it.

Just getting started on my Instragram business page and I am posting 1 post per day through this app. Tryed to upload planned posts and now it's not letting me because I hit my limit (30 per month)- which doesn't even make sense because I've only posted 13. If this was a free app, I should be able just to plan my posts, rearrange, and delete without the premium plan. I'm not asking for analytics. Shame on you. Very frustrating.

I used to use Planoly for years, but ended up finding a better and easier system to integrate my content curation to. I thought I had canceled my subscription when I made the change, but I ended up getting billed for another year in which they won't refund, despite my account being fully deleted. It's ridiculous to me that I just paid over $100 CAD for absolutely nothing.
