I will contribute to a Gratplus package for a year but some interface issues requests for you: 1. Allow the back button on our phones to NOT exit the app but go back 1 step. 2. The daily challenge green tick blocks our text at the bottom right when writing a fair bit. 3. Consider removing random black loading box sentences, not sure on the purpose of it... Aside from that, look forward to the paid version and future functionality updates.
The app is barely ok. What I liked are the journal questions that prompt you to think about a gratitude topics that maybe you haven't considered and also being able to see what other people are in the community are grateful for l. What I don't like and why I'll probably uninstalled it is that you can't just write a list of what you're grateful for, you can't just journal about what you feel grateful for in the moment, there's no way to find your own posts in the community feed, and there's no way to track the topics of the mandated entries, other than by date. So if you want to find the entry you wrote about being grateful for your freedoms, you can't search for it by topic. You either have to remember the date you wrote it or go through every day until you find it. The app is lacking a lot.
It's great. I am looking to improve myself and this helps. It keeps a journal and it's nice to reflect back on. Great for making you get crazy thoughts out of your head and really appreciating what you have in your life. It has helped me lift out of my negative depressing mood.
I love that this app makes me really think about what I'm grateful for on a daily basis and on a deeper level. I've only been doing it for 5 days now but actually find myself thinking about being grateful for what I have more frequently. I would definitely recommend this app to people who are struggling with anything right now but also people who aren't so that they can stop and realize what they are grateful for.
Really great way to keep a Gratitude Journal. The challenge (journal prompts ) sparks memories and forgotten moments that need to be looked at and resolved. Writing about them is an excellent start to resolution. And the community is friendly and supportive. Thanks for this app!
I LOVE this app. It is simple, but really makes me reflect. There are all different kinds of ways I can reflect and show gratitude. They have daily writing prompts, quotes each day to think about, little quizzes to track how your attitude in life changes as you journal more, and even a quick swiping "game" if you don't have time to journal. I like that it gives me reminders each day, but that I can go back and do entries for the previous day. I've only been using this app for about a week, but I've already noticed a major improvement in my mood and how I treat others.
