Ratings and reviews

Some say it's the best remote app, but that doesn't mean that it's good. Sometimes it just doesn't connect, other times it doesn't STAY connected. Then an update comes that fixes one issue but another one gets worse ! it's a never ending cycle of annoyance for years at this point and I can't wait to replace my TV eventually to not have to deal with this.

Headphone mode or private listening mode does not work. Sometimes it will work for 30 seconds then automatically turn off, sometimes it wont play audio through headphones at all, it never works as advertized. This is the only function I want from this app and one of the reasons we have a roku TV. I've tried a few different "fixes" I've found online, they don't fix the problem.

absolutely terrible, never connects, don't EVER download app. Waste of time, takes your data. Use any alternative remote other than this app. Simply doesn't work Edit: Obviously I've gone through all of the troubleshooting before writing this review. Only one WiFi it could be on, does not connect manually to the IP, no troubleshooting works. Hence the review. So it still stands, app does not work, everything is up to date and still the only thing the app is good for is taking up space.
