I really enjoyed the original version, but ever since the new update, it has been VERY glitchy and delayed. For example, if I choose Squad League game mode, it would randomly load me into a Showdown game mode. Also, even after subsequent updates, my squad keeps jumping around the map and, most of the time, it is uncontrollable. Even if you eventually fix all the bugs, the new version is still trash.

After years of playing games, I have learned to never write a review within the first 2 months of playing it. I am so glad I waited. At first, this game was enjoyable, until they made so many changes as money grab. Now, monsters that you easily kill, managed to kill guys who has all the gems dropping you out of the top five. Other players are allowed to start the game with two or three characters. Also noticed that all I get is common. I paid money the first time when it was a good game.

the game itself is great, but gets wrecked by the pay to win mechanic. progression is brutally slow, and once you reach a certain level, nowhere near max, it would be literal decades before you could have game troops at the top level. and, even if you opted to pay the monthly season passes, that still is not even close to enough money needed to be spent to have troops sufficiently leveled up to compete so playing is an exercise in frustration, repeatedly getting beaten by big spenders
