I've tried a tonne of different apps to try and manage my work, and this is by far the best solution that I have been able to find at a price point that is very reasonable and justified. TicTic has so many different capabilities, and you can customise it to work the way that you want to work. The interface is really good over your computer and your phone. I highly recommend it to anyone struggling to keep track of habits, quickly set reminders and if you need a place to coordinate multiple cals

Syncing much improved (May 2026) Previous: Syncing remains an annoying issue across devices even when they're on the same wifi network, hours after input is done on one device it still doesn't show up on another device let alone on the widgets. And that's even with a paid subscription. Fix ASAP, that's something all apps tend to do well. Sync should be every 5 minutes.

Simply the best reminder app I have ever used. I plan my life using this app. I lose track of time quickly and hours can go by without realizing. I use the desktop app, which pops up a notification on both laptop and phone, and I'm always on my laptop for work. I have repeating dailies that pop up at specific times to tell me when to eat lunch, take my meds, take a short break, go for my daily walk, etc. I cannot express how helpful this app is. I wish I'd found it sooner and I wish I could give it more stars. Thank you for creating it and please don't ever stop developing it.
