Ratings and reviews

Not pleased. I walk 10-15km per day and it almost never records. It states right at the bottom of the screen that coins are collected automatically at midnight, yet never once has it auto-collected. I run at night when it's cool, and just got home from a 12k run. Because I walked in the door at 12:03 am, all those coins were voided. I'm not going to interrupt a run to stand on a street corner collecting coins at 11:59pm. If this app actually auto-collected as advertised, I'd revise my rating.

It takes a long time to accumulate coins. if you do 10000 steps everyday, you could earn around $20 a year. Also, the app will penalize you if you take a plane to a different timezone for vacation. It usually takes 2-3 days to adjust if you go from a place with an earlier timezone to a place to a later timezone, and it won't let you accumulate points in that waiting period. This happens to me every time I go on vacation.

I'm editing review now that I'm deleting this app. I've been using this app for ~2y now and have redeemed a total of $60, none through walking at all. For context, I have gotten more through CashWalk in a year. In case your wondering, it's through playing games that reward based on time played and leaving my phone on overnight while the game runs. App is non-invasive, but locking useful rewards (Amazon giftcards) behind a leaderboard is wrong and prevents any meaningful use of the app.
