MISLEADING SUBSCRIPTION. All the plans say the capacity limit is unlimited notes with up to 3000 pages per note. HOWEVER if you exceed the cloud storage limit (the basic plan is 1GB, only lasted 3 months of note taking for me) you CAN'T make anymore notes or access them! So I was led to believe I paid for unlimited use, but it's not unlimited. The note taking and photo import/export is great, but the subscription plan ruins it. Just upload 1GB of notes and let me make more that aren't uploaded.

Very disappointing - Be careful After paying for a full year, not renewing for just 14 days is enough for them to permanently delete all your data with no way to recover it. There were no clear warnings and no option to export before deletion. On top of that, Notewise Unlimited and Notewise Cloud are separate products, but this is not explained transparently when purchasing. A very negative experience for a paying user. I would not recommend this app if you value your notes or your time.

Phenomenal support team! My app got stuck on a loading screen, and I was terrified of losing my local teaching notes. I emailed support, and we exchanged 4 emails. Their response time was incredibly fast every time! They patiently guided me through troubleshooting and even pushed a new update to the Play Store to fix this specific bug. My app works perfectly now, and I didn't lose a single file. Highly recommend Notewise for both the great app and the incredibly dedicated developers!
