This app has been pretty consistent while using it I havent run into any issues yet. I will say that I wish it were easier to exchange for a different size. I wish they were like Macys where they can order me a different size if available, even exchange, same price I paid and all that right in store. One other thing I would suggest is the app actually showing you what you paid for an item, not the retail value of the item. It makes the decision to keep an item or return it easier.

I will not be using the app anymore. my store is not staying the same. I tried to do a pick up order, clicking pick up specifically for my store, both items in my order for the same store pickup. now one is ready and one is in fulfillment and shipping? tried to change it or somehow modify the order on the app and cannot. At this point im calling customer service and canceling my whole order. it shouldnt be this difficult, I don't have problems doing pick up orders using any other stores app.

While searching for a specific item, I kept running into issues with wanting to center the image of the product on my mobile screen, but instead swiped the item completely off (swiped down) my screen, which took me back to the home screen every time and i had to start my search over again. It happened several times to the point where I was irritated enough to just stop shopping and shut down the app altogether. maybe needs a better fix.
